It is very unfortunate that I have to post about my negative experience with the owner, because the installation team is very professional and do a good job.I have been asking the owner for 2 months straight to change some zones for me, constantly following up with him and even being asked to remind him again the next day??Now I am being told he can't connect to the system that they installed at my property and I'm going to have to pay a callout fee for their problem. They sent me an email to ask for a review, so I posted an unbiased, truthful review and the owner sent me a picture of it with rolling eyes and giving me a lot of attitude. Thus far I have been very professional and understanding, but this is not how you treat a customer who had previously been very loyal.Due to the owner treating me in such a disrespectful manner and expecting me to pay for their mistake, I will not be using their service again. I would strongly recommend using a company like SRU instead, they are very professional and are very efficient.Edit: In response to the comments below:Integration with BlueEye was done by this company, it did not exist with the previous system, so yes it is their responsibility to make sure something that they installed is working as expected. I was in the hospital for one day, a month after my original request and after multiple attempts from my side to get it sorted, so that is not a valid excuse, I still had to follow up multiple times after this. Lastly, calling me posting an honest review of my experience "bullying" is such a great example of gaslighting. Offering to fix it for free does not make up for the bad experience and unprofessionalism. An apology would have been preferred, I am not interested and will take my business elsewhere.
