Description

Sherlotronics Repeater Unit

Introducing the Sherlotronics Repeater Unit (862-37-RPT-800), a robust and intelligent solution designed to enhance the range and reliability of Sherlotronics’ code hopping transmitters. This repeater unit is a crucial component in expanding the coverage of your remote control system, ensuring seamless operation even in challenging environments.

The Repeater Unit is engineered to automatically repeat signals from all Sherlotronics’ code hopping transmitters. This advanced functionality extends the reach of your transmitter signals, overcoming obstacles and increasing the overall efficiency of your remote control system.

With an impressive transmitting range of 1.5km Line-of-sight, the Repeater Unit significantly extends the operational distance between transmitters and receivers. This expanded coverage is crucial for applications where remote control signals need to traverse long distances or penetrate through obstacles.

The Receiving range of 800m Line-of-sight further contributes to the unit’s adaptability, providing a reliable reception of transmitted signals even in challenging environments. This dual-range capability ensures that the Repeater Unit excels in various setups, from residential security systems to industrial applications.

To enhance system integrity, the Repeater Unit conducts a ‘System alive’ test every 4 hours. This proactive testing mechanism ensures that the unit is operational and ready to receive and repeat signals, contributing to the overall reliability of the remote control system.

The unit incorporates a ‘Low battery’ signal feature, providing a warning when the unit’s voltage drops below 10V. With the capability to operate reliably at 8V, this feature allows users to monitor the unit’s power status and take preemptive action to maintain uninterrupted operation.

An intelligent ‘Signal mask’ feature activates when five signals are received within 30 seconds from the same transmitter. This mask remains active for 1 minute, preventing excessive noise on the frequency and ensuring a clear and reliable signal reception.

For seamless monitoring, both the ‘Low battery’ and ‘System alive’ signals can be programmed into the mimic base unit. This functionality enables users to monitor the status of the Repeater Unit remotely, adding an extra layer of convenience and control.

Elevate the performance of your Sherlotronics remote control system with the Repeater Unit (862-37-RPT-800). Expand your operational range, enhance reliability, and ensure seamless remote control in diverse applications.
